Payments: EFT or bank deposits prior to delivery.
Stock: Should the Ba-ba-Loo junior toilet seat temporarily be out of stock you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date. You have the option to cancel the order if you are unhappy with the date. Lost in transit items from Ba-ba-loo will be investigated and claimed for by Ba-ba-loo and then settled once the loss is not in doubt.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of returns. In keeping with our fraud prevention measures, refunds will only be issued in the same form as payments, hence we will only refund to the same bank account used to make the purchase.
Returns policy: Should you not be completely happy with your purchase, return it to us for a refund of the cost (excluding the cost of postage and packaging).
Rejected or faulty items must be returned to Ba-ba-Loo in its original condition and in suitable packaging within 21 days (no refunds after 21 days).
The goods are inspected before dispatch and we will not refund items that have been tampered with, damaged or used. Return of these items will be at the customer's cost.
We also suggest that you return items via Registered Mail, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
